Moral Issue Posted: 26 Apr 2013 09:06 AM PDT It’s not really EQ and not just our IQ that has caused us to make mistakes. Many mistakes are simply results of the lack of courage to speak the truth and to do what is right. It is a moral issue after all in many cases.

Do Not Deny Posted: 25 Apr 2013 03:59 PM PDT Ever made a mistake with your customers? This isn’t a perfect world. No matter how careful you may be, you’re bound to err occasionally. You’ll be embarrassed and want to deny the error or look for something or someone else to blame it on. Don't! Admit your mistake. Denying it or trying to blame someone else doesn’t help customers. They just want you to fix things as quickly as you can.
