“I must do something” will always solve more problems than “Something must be done.” Not many people know this. I have talked to and interviewed a number of CEO's and business owners. Integrity is a given. But next to that the most sought after virtue or quality they are looking for in their people is initiative. Do not wait to be told what to do. Make things happen. Go and do it.
