A young and brilliant participant in my seminar said, “I am now working in my fourth company in 3 years. I always felt like I was no longer growing and so I would move to the next company. But the most important thing I have learned from this seminar is that growing IS my own business and responsibility not the company’s.” I am so happy she realized this and have no doubt she is well on her way to success.
